The dismal scene in the concourses at LAX and EWR alone make a membership worth every penny.

Ok, I'm in...

With a ton of ORD travel ahead, I should have a chance to grab a morning pancake at PDX or SEA on my way out, and maybe endure a mediocre time at the Admiral's Club at ORD if I somehow wind up with a lot of time to kill before my return flight.

What would rock is if AS worked out a one-off deal with that scruffy little RCC at PHX T2, but I'm not going to hold my breath.

Now if I can just get this through security, I'll be all set.

Yeah man! Let's start up the PDX-SEA rivalry banter! ... something about brains vs. beauty :P

Here's a good mea culpa from the Seattle NPR station from a while back that furthers the point. This time it's about coffee:

I'll never go into the BR alone again!

Scary stuff lurks within!

In SEA on 7/21

Very quick connection - can someone leave a few at the door for me to sample? Or if you see me - try a frisbee toss.
Thanks.

If you're there long enough to enter the BR, post your itinerary in the sticky BR Meet-Up thread...

so today I splurged today for my boardroom membership prior to my flight to Atlanta (where Im posting whilst waiting for the drink on them).

I looked high, and I looked low. WHERE IS THE PANCAKE MACHINE? I settled for raisin toast and hard boiled eggs.

In SEA its on the 2nd level near the DLP TV (rear projection) (opposite side of the bar around the corner from most food)

Graciasness, beckoa. Next time. I'm going to tempt fate at the World Club at DCA on my return. I know they don't have pancakes, but I want to see if the gatekeepers will recognize a temporary card.

I was amazed when i first saw the pancake machine, but with as many times as it as "broke", requiring all that TLC, im not so sure i want one in the office yet!

Oh well, i cant wait to grab some in the morning.
