Access loung w/ both priority pass and lounge key
Will be flying LUF to FRA in January from EWR and transiting through . Arriving in the morning and thought to stop at a lounge and then go to the city for the day . Returning for the 2nd leg to CPT in the evening and plan on visiting a lounge before flight . So 2 visits morning and afternoon/night . I will be with 2 friends and have both priority pass and lounge key . I think PP allows for 2 guests ,but if there is a issue can I use PP and Lounge key at the same time ?

The lounge determines how many guests may enter. Your Priority Pass membership determines if you are charged for those guests. The lounge attendant knows nothing about your specific membership, and cannot tell you if a charge will be submitted to the credit card linked to your Priority Pass membership.
Priority Pass and LoungeKey are operated by the same company. I cannot say if they will notice that you entered the same lounge simultaneously using both programs.
