The lounge determines how many guests may enter. Your Priority Pass membership determines if you are charged for those guests. The lounge attendant knows nothing about your specific membership, and cannot tell you if a charge will be submitted to the credit card linked to your Priority Pass membership.

Priority Pass and LoungeKey are operated by the same company. I cannot say if they will notice that you entered the same lounge simultaneously using both programs.
