JustFly refund?

JustFly refund?

Hey guys,

I booked a JustFly ticket for €105, of which the flight price itself is €17.

Kerosine & Security: €29
Air traffic tax: €18
Other taxes: €50
Service fee: €7
Seating: €5

If I cancel the ticket, will I get a partial refund, thus only losing the €17? I am unable to reach anyone on the service hotline and the website does not seem to shed too much light on this issue.

Does the e-ticket receipt really says: other taxes?

This company has some of the WORST customer service I have ever seen. I purchased tickets just 24 hours ago and was told that "I am s*** out of luck" on getting my money back by on of their customer service representatives. When I asked to speak with her manager she hung up on me. When I called back they told me I could cancel them, but only if I'm willing to pay an additional $150. What a scam.

Not being able to refund a non-refundable ticket isn't really unusual. No reason to get mad at them, unless this was some kind of expensive flex ticket. Although some airlines have a 24h cancellation policy on any purchases, this is certainly not universal.
