Standard and Special Meals in J?
In a couple of weeks we're in AB J JFK-DUS for the first time, overnight flight.
My wife needs low-fat dining, usually when flying we each order different meal choices, she eats whatever she can, and I eat what's left.
The major thing is no rich sauce, cream, dressing, butter....all the high-fat stuff that gets ladled onto basic food.
Does anyone know what the standard J meal options are now, or what the special meals (Vegetarian, or Halal maybe?) include? Any thoughts on which special meals would be low fat but tasty?
