Hi all,
For those of you wondering, if you have lost a level compared to last year, your carry-over is based on your new level (I went from Plat to Gold, and my carry-over included all miles in excess of the Gold threshold)
Cheers,
GenevaFlyer

For me it says:
Current status miles: 182845 including 181971 miles carried over from last year (this takes into account the new roll-over rule)
BUT:
Current status miles to be carried over to 2013: 22845 ???
If my calculations are correct it should say: 182845-70000=112845 shouldn't it?
Is this a bug or a new generous by nature rule???

Maybe becoming Platinum for life is the reason why status miles for next year should be put at zero?

Well, here's a new one ....
My carrover miles have disappeared again ... so maybe they do not count if you lost a level ... will have to give them a call and find out.

Looks like it's correct for me:
- the 45k status miles were added to whatever little I had above 115k by the end of 2011,
- which brought me to over 70k for this year, and the overage is mentioned correctly on the "carried over to 2013" line

Carryover miles for both 2011-12, and 2012-13 are now showing correctly for both myself (Plat) and Mrs KQ321 (Gold).
I have to say, I think this is a very positive improvement to the Flying Blue programme.

AF/KL expects to be the Gold Standard in customer service by 2015. No, really! I can't wait.
