Totally agree. It feels odd eating a chicken breast or a cooked salmon cold.

Still much better in terms of quality and presentation than KLM's cardboard & Greta cutlery waste generating insult in Business.... ;-)

The same on IST-CDG this afternoon. Couldn't identify the orange paste but it was alright despite the fridge temperature of the food. Lemon meringue was good!

Cold poached salmon is totally a thing. I quite enjoy it actually.
