This really isn't a complaint or a rant. I just want to provide information about my experience and get any feedback people have. On 8/2 I flew BOS-YYZ-SCL and when we arrived in Santiago my bag wasn't there. The AC representative at the airport authorized US$100 for expenses and said that I would have to submit receipts when I returned home. The bag arrived two days later and I have sent a letter and receipts to AC for payment. We'll see what happens. . .
