Please note dumbkoff that I paraphrased the term taxi driver...but you wouldn't see that through those socialist couloured glasses you.wear.

You have a deeply ingrained resentment towards anyone that makes their living as an employee and most particularily if they belong to a union
Not at all; but I want a level playing field. When I continue to hear the incantations of people like you and negotiator I understand even more why Canada is not as competitive as it could be. Featherbedding is our national pastime.

you know that it is not possible for our system to function if ALL people were entrepreneurs.
But if they were at least "intrapeneurs" and gave a **** about their employer who writes their pay check I could live with some of the antics but not the bull**** these pilots have just tried to pull off.

Also, it appears that anyone who is not an entrepreneur has no skills whatsoever in your world view
I do have certin views of life that you obviously don't subscribe to since you believe the rich should support the rest of the population via higher taxes for their harder work efforts.

Pretty high and mighty of you.
Well at least I aspire to something other than being a flunky.

Exclamation

My it only took 6 pages or so until the thread fell into name calling. Shame on you(and you know who I mean) ! I want to read about what you think about mending this problem , and not your problems with each other (and all the baggage that goes with). Sorry !

Whats your take on dash 8's across the Pacific if AC cannot get any approvals from pilots for wide bodies.

Really? Actually I drove a cab in Toronto for 2 weeks when I was fresh out of school. Netted just over a $100 for the whole period working 12 hours a day. Think I might know a little bit more on that subject than you do.

When I want to rest, I lie on the couch and watch TV. So what? A person does not need to sleep in order to rest - anything that requires less concentration, etc. is sufficient.

Fine. Sitting in the back seat doesn't qualify. But anyway in this case your olfactory sense let you down.
