Well today I figured out one of the things they'll do for us.
I was flying AC 549 JFK-YVR connecting to AC 283 YVR-YYJ, both 319's with confirmed upgrades. Well AC 459 had a 5 hour ground delay at JFK due to bad weather, a frozen airbridge, deiceing and re-deicing. When we arrived at YVR the concierge was at the top of the ramp with a sign with my name and boarding pass for my connecting flight. She eased the blow at losing the upgrade for the 14 minute flight to YYJ by letting me know it had been cancelled anyway. First time I'm had the benefit of their proactive work. ^^ mpc1 |

I would like to thank you for your astute observation, though. Seriously - very smart... Although I'd prefer to keep it going just a tiny bit longer... Nonetheless, I've had fun :-) Anyway. Thanks for the observation. Saluations, my friend. See who else figures it out... Somewhat ironic of you Mustang Sally, to select a form of the poem made scandalous by one of Dublin's more irascible citizens at the turn of the last century, one Oliver St. John Gogarty, to respond to Parnel... |

Some dolt in the YUL Dom MLL last Friday around 6:30pm was biyatching about the WiFi not working and demanded to see a concierge to fix it!

PM me and I will give you a run down. Like SQ PPS, many benefits just as PPS is only achieved by pure J/F class fares high revenue member, UGS is revenue based, so benefits are there. SE benefits do not even come close. |
YYZprincess.. did you make UGS? all I know is UGS beats 1K's for upgrades... Not that its a big deal...?
