Nearly two months has gone by and I'm still missing my banked year - I called in the first time, so I tried emailing now. Will call monthly I suppose until it gets fixed.

Last week I passed 350,000 SQM so I will see how long it takes this year to receive my $2,000 AC Credit
I can't remember how many banked SE years I had so I am unsure if I am missing a year.
Wrote in last night again asking for my 20 e-upgrade from Dec 31, 2023, when I crossed over 420,000 SQM

Sorry, I messed up, yesterday was one of those days from hell. I crossed over 300,000 SQM and signed up for my $2,000 AC Gift card
I was already thinking $4,000 as I will be at 350,000 next month and looking forward to a summer break from flying every week. On June 2nd I should be at 382,000 SQM......enjoy a short break and do three DXB flights using the companion fares as I want to end the year at 460,000 SQM.

I can if I want to, but there is no incentive as far as benefits once I go over 350,000 SQM, also I have been on an AC aircraft every week since Jan 12th and I am tired....delays, cancellations, dumb kettles etc
Next year I should be at 2MM, I want to bank another SE and get all of those e Upgrades, points, etc. Also, it would be cool if the Service Director would come up to me in flight and say congratulations you just crossed over 2MM hands me my card, and says, we only printed 13,634 of these, lol (Those who saw the movie would know this reference, lol)
I think I scored a lot of really inexpensive flights to hit my goal of 460,000 SQM this year and hope I have the same if not better luck next year.
I finally received my 20 e-upgrades this week from my Dec 31 2023 flight as I ended the year at 420,328 SQM. I took that last MR to OGG at $468 just to earn those 20 E-upgrades and this week I upgraded my three BOG flights to J
Next year once I reach that 2MM milestone I will have to decide if I want 3MM and if so I may want to do that in like 5 years as I like to live long enough to enjoy it, lol

Will be better at 10MM when you get to meet the chief pilot, haha!
