Where: On your computing device. Anything with a Zoom client. https://zoom.us/download - You probably want "Zoom Client for Meetings" or "Zoom Mobile Apps".
When: Saturday April 13 2024 @ 1700 PDT / 2000 EDT / 2130 NDT - We will likely go quite late, typically ending after 0100 PDT.

I plan on joining near the start but it's probably just a short visit.
In BC, this is the weekend that we can start assembling in small groups, so we are hosting a non-virtual dinner party, albeit with only five of us.

I plan to join later in the evening this week.
I'll throw out a suggestion for consideration: maybe time to consider using the break-out room feature or whatever it's called if the Do is again really big at peak time? I feel like the last couple of weeks there have been a number of people who haven't had much of a chance to talk and hope they haven't been feeling left out. If so, maybe the group would increase its collective enjoyment by breaking down in to a couple of groups of 7-10 for a while?
Doesn't matter much to me either way, but thought I'd put it out there for discussion.

So what you're saying is that in 7-14 days, the BC case numbers are going to spike?

As I mentioned to canadiancow the other day, I will (for the first time so far) not be in attendance for the Do this Saturday. My dad and I are going on an overnight canoe trip down a river on the Avalon Peninsula.
Don't have too much fun without me! I'll be back on next Saturday.

Looks truly remote.
But I must say that Conception Harbour sounds like a risky place to go without appropriate protection.

An article exists somewhere with a list of all the colourful town names in NL, but I couldn't find it. I will post it here if I locate it eventually!
Saw some on Google, but they only had a couple and they weren't the really good ones.

This is quite off-topic y'all. There is a better thread to discuss codfather's adventures into a Muddy Hole.
