FYI the agent I spoke with said they have been told the migration and the teething issues should be finished by March.

Don't worry, AC has a new initiative to reduce hold times in the new year. The AC agents are instructed to pick up the phone to say hello and hang up right away for 9 out of 10 calls. That'll reduce the average hold times drastically.

Haha sounds like someone that was just fired from her job in a call centre. Had been doing the exact thing for a few weeks. Dropped about 400 calls per day.

I have 2 million plus aeroplan points trying for some first class options especially on turkish or swiss so i dont get the aeroplan tax ripoff

VICTORY 2 hrs 20 minutes

total this week 9 hrs 47 minutes to book 2 flights and confirm 1 flight

( had a line on hands free while i did other things)

LX has First. Although I’m not sure it’s open to AE, only their own plan members. But their J is of course low scam fees.
