Hi, I don't see the AC Cafe listed in the wiki nor do I see any info about whether it's open on AC's website, but it looks like some folks here were in there recently so it must be open now? If there any info on hours?
Flying YYZ - YYC next week with an 8:45am departure and been wanting to try the AC Cafe ever since it first opened, hoping that I'll finally get my chance?

I dont expect that it is explicitly forbidden but youd need to be able to get to the domestic gate area. If you are doing a sterile transfer, I.e., not entering Canada, you wouldnt be able to get to cafe. If you are leaving Canada with an international (non USA) boarding pass you currently clear security into the domestic area before going to the international gate area and could use before proceeding to the international gate area, but cannot go back to domestic gate area without passing through customs and immigration.
For example, you cannot get in with just YYZ-SFO (since they won't let you through domestic security), but you can with YOW-YYZ-SFO.

@24left, were you in the cafe around 6:45 AM? I was sitting by the window that looks out to the UP Express.
Yup, I was in there until about 7:20 IIRC. Could have been a pico-do

Should the Wiki be updated? (Sorry, I don't know how) It reads "No CC Entry" but the current link states:
