eUpgrade Question
Hi,
I am trying to eUpgrade for my flight the first week of August. I am a e50K with a current booking class of V. While I know I am currently outside the window to request and eUp, when I go to the website it states that my booking is ineligible for an eUp to either J or PE. According to the "Preview eUpgrade requirements for your itinerary" page, it should be 26 credits plus cash to J or 26 to PE.
The altitude agents have not been very helpful at this point clarifying the situation. Any thoughts or ideas? Am I missing something?
Thanks!

Ineligible for upgrade is the standard message in the field for number of credits/$ when a valid request is made before the eligibility date.
Does the field to the left indicate that an upgrade request cannot me made XXX days before the flight as the reason?
It is possible all is correct (as correct as can ever be in the world of AC IT) and this is just a premature eupgrade request...

No one here has enough info to answer OPs question. However, those tables along with the contributions from other posters regarding the ineligible for upgrade message should be enough to give OP some clarity on whether he / she can actually upgrade once in the upgrade window.

OP very explicitly acknowledged being outside the window, in V class, and needing 26 eUps, plus copay for J. The tables just confuse the matter by showing redundant (as it's already in the OP) and irrelevant information.
FT is hard enough to find good information on a good day without dumping tables with no explanation into threads.

And its hard to answer questions without enough info. Showing OP where the info is and explaining the verbiage of the eUpgrade sites error message is actually helpful.
