Reading through the posts here, it looks like we have the most support/availability for Saturday the 22nd, followed by Friday the 21st and Union Chicken or WVRST at Union.
I'd like to add that the original WVRST is King between Bathurst and Spadina so not exactly difficult to get to either.
Anyone here know how to add the availability calendar widget like last year?

If it ends up being a Saturday evening DO I'm in... If not I'll have to really try hard to make it.
As of now, I'm waiting for a confirmed date. If it's Saturday, I'll take Friday off and fly in then. If it's not Saturday, I'll probably fly in then and skip everything
Why not fly in for a Saturday do?

Going Sat might mean an extra 7hrs R/T of winter driving. Entirely our fault for visiting a small town with no YYZ service.
Or, USAir's fault for the crash landing onto a short runway with 2in of snow which ended YYZ-ERI. Since that time ERI Internaional Airport has been misrepresenting that title with no international service. http://www.thefullwiki.org/USAir_Flight_499

Flying back from PLS on the 21st, so if the DO starts at 6:00pm somewhere at YYZ I could stop by, otherwise I'm out.
Can't really see me flying back to YYZ on the 22nd after a week of eating and drinking too much. Have to take it easy for a couple of days so I can eat and drink to much the next week!

Well, the Union Station food court has its grand opening tomorrow morning.
We can use it as backup if WVRST2 doesn't open on time.

Sorry I am just back online now!
I am proposing to make arrangements for the Saturday late afternoon (3:30pm start) at the Union Chicken at Union Station. It doesn't look like Wvrst will be open then and the food court looks, well, pretty food-courty.
If this works I can reserve a table for 20 on Friday this week latest, and they said they might be able to squeeze a few more - up to 30 depending on our final numbers.

Well I booked a flight because my ideal flight lost IKK space, and this one only had one seat left.
$30 cancellation fee is better than not being able to book.
As it stands right now, I'm working a half day on the 21st, flying to YYZ, then attending the do on Saturday.
