I was just reading the Toronto Star online.
I found an article which details stories about AC.

I read a common theme. Generally people are happy with AC, particularly when compared to other North American carriers. I tend to agree. I mentioned in another thread today, that I am very happy with the AC service, however the NZ service excels.

I too noticed "the satisfaction with AC" theme throughout the anecdotal stories.
In general, I too don't have a beef. It is the rare occasion when I find major fault with a flight. Perhaps I have lowered my expectations.
