Kinda late for those feelings now. I'm not even sure even a private jet could get you to YVR in time now

If you want to join for the evening festivities with @nomadic.relief and some of us, that's still possible. Looks like $347 on Google Flights. Unsure if CAD or USD.

You are correct, sir.

A bit bummed that my upgrade for AC90 didn't clear (and not looking like it will). I've been #1 on the list the entire time, and there were 2 unsold J seats as of yesterday and 1 as of this morning. But AC has been aggressively promoting both bid and last minute purchase upgrades (both were offered to me), and it looks like J is now full.

Still holding out a tiny bit of hope for either a) a misconnect / no show, or b) VDB-ing for tomorrow's flight (both today and tomorrow's flights are oversold in Y), which has 2 unsold J seats as of now. But it would really suck if I opted for option b and still remained in PY in the end (especially if in a worse seat than I have now).

Hey guys, just a quick update, we got two more interested in joining us, to make it work..We would need to push back the reservation by 15 minutes to 1PM if that's okay?

There restaurant did just reach out to me and said they need the table back by 3PM though.

Thanks for the heads up. We can always decamp at 3:00 and keep the party going at either Steamworks or Mahony's.

And it's even sunny which, along with alcohol, will improve everyone's mood.

Unanticipated upside of the transcon leg in B: BP says LT07, which Google tells me means a free BOB meal. I’ve been really digging the Freshii Pangoa Bowl since AC started offering it so was going to redeem for that even though I’m sitting in J (I’m sick of the clam sauce salmon and can’t believe AC considers General Tao chicken “premium” dining).

Getting BOB in lieu of a regular J meal free of charge has always been hit or miss on AC (even when a SPML request was not honoured), but today, the SD didn’t even blink an eye (didn’t ask for or make any mention of my Latitude ticket).
