Missing miles request & technical difficulties

For a few days now I've trying to request missing miles for an Austrian flight booked on a 014 ticket that I flew on Dec 18. Regardless of the browser (Firefox/Chrome/Internet Explorer), my request always end up with the following error message:

Your request could not be processed due to technical difficulties. Please resubmit the flights that appear in red below. We apologize for the inconvenience.
In red, I see this message:

Is this happening to others as well? I'm dreading to have to call them, not even sure phone agents can handle missing miles requests.

I'm also getting error messages when logging into my Altitude account:

Quote:
Due to technical difficulties we are unable to display the information on My Dashboard. Please also note that if you are trying to choose your Select Privileges, this function is also temporarily unavailable.

We thank you for your patience while we fix this issue and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
I guess the two are related, time will probably get this fixed, will try again later this week.

Is this the option where you upload documents manually - if yes, then I've received the same error message. Called AE and they said they still received my retrocredit request.

I was trying just the normal way without the upload document procedure.

I just got off the phone with an agent, he actually made me press "Submit" 3 times with an empty form, and on the 3rd time I get a new dialog asking me to submit my documents. I uploaded a picture of my boarding pass and my email ticket confirmation and submitted successfully. Neat trick that will hopefully be useful to others.

Just waiting for it to be processed, the form says it can take up to 3 week longer than a normal submission.

Get ready to sit tight - submitted my docs mid-November and still waiting. Called and they said should be done by the end of January.

Arghhhh... and this missing segment is what will make me reach E50K
