Reservations works 24/7 as far as I know. In any event, the call was answered immediately when I called back, so crisis averted!

Oh no, waiting for ticketing desk now... somehow I feel there is no ticketing desk at 10:30 pm on a Sunday.

From personal experience(), ticketing desk is open after 1030pm Van time!
