A funny story I heard a while back:

Eva Longoria arrived in Canada and presented her US passport to the CBSA officer.

Officer: "What do you do for a living?"
Longoria: "Well, I'm a desperate housewife!"
Officer (deadpan): "I'm sorry to hear that, but what do you do for a living?"
Longoria (dejected): "Actress."

Well, Paul is a celebrity, however....

I'll give you full credit for one legit celebrity and we'll throw in one politician to pad your count.

Probably worked harder than most celebrities do to have for her moment in the sun, but sat beside Shelley-Ann Brown today going YUL-YYZ, Silver medalist in women's bobsleigh at Vancouver 2010.

on Monday June 7th YYZ MLL Dom 10:00 Tony Clement with his assistant. Then twenty minutes later in front of gate 144 Arlene Dickenson from CBC's Dragon's Den in a very nice bright dress. There's my exciting Canadian Celebrity Sighting!

Jerry Van Dyke

Jerry Van Dyke on AC153 June 10. He proceeded to the mini-cabin of the 333 in J and put his and his wife's (I presume) stuff up in the bins before the FA told them 8G and 8K were to the front.

I kinda felt bad and would have helped move the bags for them as they are an elderly couple, but I was on the A side and Y pax were coming through. The FA didn't lift a finger to help! This really sometimes boils my blood where for example on SQ you see the SQ girls readily help with the pax bags specially the elderly's, but such sight is rare and too far and few in between on AC.

At least he got a special recognition and thanks on the PA system.

Chef Michael Smith from the food networks chef at home in the YYZ domestic MLL right now....

Sitting off on his own. Guessing he likes his privacy.

I've seen him a couple of times. He is one tall fellow.

Marty Allen and wife YVR/LAS a few weeks ago. They had the whole J cabin to themselves.

He's doing the cruise chip circuit these days apparently.

I was on his YSJ-YYZ flight earlier Saturday, across the aisle. He was off by himself at Saint John airport too. I left him alone.

Galen Weston jr.

He, wife & kid were up front and the nanny was in the back on 6/14 CDG-YYZ. I sat beside him and he seemed fairly nice.

I was surprised that he didn't have a private jet.

Loblaws has 3, but I'm sure he was away on a vacation, not on a business trip.

I think it is the Greek Orthodox patriach in the YYZ MLL right now surrounded by handlers. There is also a police presence waiting for someone to arrive, not sure who. Good view of all of the G20 planes, including Air Force One.
