I really don't see what salaries have to do with:

"Do you want your meal? Put down the tray" and leaving the tray cover draped over the side of the pod

OR

"Sir, may I get the tray for you for dinner service?"


It's a stupid excuse for bad service. Nothing more.

I think you and SAP are basically saying the same thing - that unions and salary is not some sort of legitimate reason for cr@ppy service and surly crew.

OMG - you totally summed up the "style" of many AC J FAs!

Juxtaposed my experience in J with OZ a couple weeks ago. Night and day.

If I had another $50K in cold hard cash prior to March 1, I probably would've purchased six more Eastern Canada Europe Latitude passes and upgraded on everything right up to December... but I would've been short about 30 eUps
Oh well... at least up to June/July-ish is good enough I guess.
