Sorry to resurrect an old thread but it's been a year now so I assume there are more fact on this. Does anyone know if calling up, you would be able to book something like IST-HKG-YVR for IST-YVR mileage? I would not need any stopovers, just like the idea of going the long way round on 5 star airlines
