bad luck with priority boarding lately
Earlier this year I was in the priority check in lane at LAX. It was getting close to cutoff and I had to check a bag so I called the concierge, who plucked me out of line and got me checked in. Really pissed off the DYKWIA Elite guy in front of me. I really enjoyed that moment. Thanks to Rouge I'll probably never fly AC to or from LAX again, too bad.

They need to make the priority boarding lane separate and positioned away from the seats or waiting area. This way priority boarders can move past without fighting to get through the general boarders. Also the queue line should be distinctly separated so that general boarders stay on their side. Finally they need a sign that separates the people sitting at the back from the front. People who sit at the front and lining up in general boarding are just wasting everyone's time.
