Additional eUpgrades for mile accumulation?

I believe AC grants additional eUpgrades for status miles flown as I received some when I crossed the 20k mark this year.
Does anyone know what the thresholds are and how many at each Threshold. I did do a search but could not find this info and it doesn;t seem to be on the AC site.
