Does anyone know where someone with an exec. class Aeroplan booking but no confirmed business seat would show up on this list?
Also, I had always assumed your point total might also be used to break a tie (SE with 250k beats SE with 100k), but it sounds like that's not a factor?

I always wondered why airlines don't differentiate between elites/superelites for "tiebreakers" based on total status miles. I'm sure this would generate more income for airlines, as FF would want to be higher on the "tiebreaker" list and would still try to generate more status miles. As it stands many FF hit either E/SE then "relax" and either fly less or use AP mile redemptions...
