GOT MINE . SWU missing
Great got mine^ but 2 Air Canada top tier System Wide Upgrade certs MISSING!never managed to use them anyway just wallpaper BUT happy to get SSWU as flt to NRT nxt week^ mailed 4th jan.

Was the envelope sealed? They have been using really cheap glue and I have had a couple of mailers that were not sealed including my Elite package last year. Luckily nothing was missing in my case but others haven't been so fortunate and were able to obtain replacements.

Mine is mailed out on January 6th.
I selected my benefit on 12/17/09 at 1am.
I think it has something to do with your location.
My mailing address is Vancouver BC.

Mine is almost identical. ^
I got my notification of Elite status way back on November 18.
Benefit selection notice on December 17 so I completed it same day.
They say my package was mailed Jan 06 so it will be a few more days before it reaches the Left Coast.
