Mine is mailed out on January 6th.
I selected my benefit on 12/17/09 at 1am.
I think it has something to do with your location.
My mailing address is Vancouver BC.
Mine is almost identical. ^
I got my notification of Elite status way back on November 18.
Benefit selection notice on December 17 so I completed it same day.
They say my package was mailed Jan 06 so it will be a few more days before it reaches the Left Coast.
