Anybody notice this in the t&cs?
"18. The successful winners will be notified by letter and/or by telephone/ or by email according to the contact details supplied by the successful entrant, within 14 days of the closing date of the Prize draw and upon receiving the letter/phone call they must answer a question of skill and text back the response to redeem their Prize. "

I see that my account and my partners accont both have a €2.50 voucher generated (250 points have been removed from each total). My voucher appeared on the site and was redeemable for Avios. However my partners account does'nt have a voucher online. Anyone know how the vouchers work ?
