God news on this topic: all travels booked are covered by the insurances even if the card has been cancelled. The information is available in the new FAQ available in the App

Just received a new e-mail from them, where they explain they added the points to compensate for the credit card being cancelled + they offer a unique code to get 30% off the voyageur card

I have the Ultimate card and got 8000 points, and a code for the All Plus Voyageur card for 1,
my wife has the Explorer card and got 5000 points and a code to get 30% off the voyageur card

I have the explorer card and received 8000pts but no code for the All Plus card (which I renewed just a week ago , maybe that's why? Since I already have it?).

probably in your junk mail (this is where I have found it) . Renewal is not a problem as per the mail
Si vous avez dj une carte dabonnement ALL PLUS Voyageur, vous pourrez la renouveler pour 1 pour une dure d1 an. La procdure de souscription est exactement la mme. Le code promo est valable jusquau 30 juin 2025
