There's still one update missing from the site...

When clicking the link to view all of your benefits, I still get this chart, which doesn't actually have a column for the benefits of my current status:

A late 2019 stay having finally posted, I finished the year with 19166 status points and 19 nights (2 of those, however, are just FB bonuses resulting from linking the 2 accounts).

I was a Platinum last year, only stayed 12 nights with Accor, and they soft landed me to Gold for 2020.

Hmmm. Nice-ish idea, but hard to imagine the quality will be good enough to make the exercise worthwhile. I hope I'm wrong.

I am curious whether the "gift" only given out to ALL members and not Accor Plus? All my friends who are Accor Plus Platinum have only received an actual card without any gift. It's my first year of being Accor Plus, so I have been waiting to see if I get any gift like I did last year or not. Why would they only give it to non-Accor Plus member though?

Definitely...
I would prefer to be able to use my SNU as well as getting hard benefits (being Diamond) instead of having earphones...

I received my Platinum card as well.
No apple or wireless earphone though.
It does come with a Barbara Rihl luggage tag/keyring.

I was Gold last year so not sure if it was the same.

The card and luggage tag already have ALL the new branding though

I was quite surprised as I reach platinum only 3 weeks ago.

Maybe they just sending out ALL the leftover tags

I got the same thing as well. Maybe they go by region? I'm based in Asia.
