Has anyone actually managed to accrue points for both of thess stays which were running concurrently may I ask ?

The first offer lasted til Sept 3rd I believe and the second til 10th Sep as stated.Since the promotions started I have received BOOST april 500 points but no more for stays 2 & 3 which were in the specific times as requested but have received triple points for 3 other hotel stays according to second promotion so basically I was wondering if one promotion cancelled the other one I guess or should both promotions count together and I have been robbed of 2,550 for second stay and 3,000 for third stay and need to contact Accor customer services regarding missing points . Thanks in advance folks for any assistance

There was a promotion end of year X4 for plat and gold members and X3 points for others. That stay period will end by the 31st of January, so I am guessing that once that finishes another promotion will start.

By the way, I didn't receive bonus points on the last triple points promo (for Gold/Plats). This is really discouraging me from using new extra-point offers. We all know Accor's online support for LCAH is piss-poor. I have little hope that I will receive credit for those missing points. So my rationale is I wait until Accor IT has the issue sorted out before I make additional bookings with them.

Extremely frustrating. As usual, Accor No Customer Service is a total disgrace to the hotel industry. The management should be sacked for sleeping on their job and be replaced. They are really an International Joke.
