Same here. The Useless Accor No Customer Service is denying me the x4 Asia Pac Bonus Points. Has been chasing this Bonus points for more than 3 weeks with more than 5 emails. Accor Plus Singapore office is also helping me with this simple issue but to no avail.
Extremely frustrating. As usual, Accor No Customer Service is a total disgrace to the hotel industry. The management should be sacked for sleeping on their job and be replaced. They are really an International Joke.
