Problem submitting missing points requests?

Is anyone else having issues submitting missing points requests? I've just tried a few times, and after filling in all my details and submitting, I get

A technical problem has occurred on our site. Please try again. If the problem persists, send us a message using Contact form.
I've tried sending them a message through the contact form to tell them, but that fails with the same error too....

I'd rather not submit a missing claim form and receipt by fax to France if I can possibly avoid it :/

I emailed the hotel instead! They've appologised for the delay in posting the points, and have just put them through. That actually seemed easier than the Accor missing points claim when it works...

well, the hotel is always the first one to credit points, then comes the system if there is a bonus

if the hotel does post, it doesn't trigger the system

sometimes a hotel has to post points manually so they wait a few days or weeks to do all the members at the same time instead of everyday

I'd waited two weeks for the hotel to post the points, which they hadn't done, so I gave up waiting and went to try the missing points request form. Given that you can't submit a missing points request until 7 days after checkout, Accor clearly feel it's ok for hotels to post points weekly, but not longer than that

When I click on the Report Missing Points button at the bottom of my online account activity statement it just takes me to my account activity statement.

I've had no issue submitting missing points claims online. My experience, though, is that you will never hear from anybody about it, and nothing will happen.

Well its good then that they have modified the process so that I don't actually have to go through the hassle of filling in the request form

My Triple Points for Asia Pacific stays did not post with the regular points for a stay last week at the Mercure Potts Point. It was about 910 points, but as I am staying there again now the very responsive front desk just posted a 1000 point customer service bonus which credited immediately to my account (as qualifying points too)

I've had many missing points from a hotel, and in my experience
the missing points form has always worked.

Of course I can't address any current technical problems.

I'm 0/3 for the Mercure Pinheiros posting stays/points. Using the contact form, I'm also 0/3 for the website working properly after the upload of the proof file (small PDF < 2 MB). It normally then says "the email used is not valid" in about 30 languages. I found that on the 2nd try, it usually then works OK to upload and get a success indication.

More frustrating now because I should be platinum and hoping for first lounge benefit next week, but if I have to wait either 7 or 10 days (website mentions both), I won't make it.
