Anybody any idea how to contact Accor to add some hotels, want to do some checkins, but hotels are not in the list.... Want my 15th badge and the points

I have had 3 checked-in at Rixos hotels which should have made me qualify for Rixos badge, however, the badge has not been given. Please see picture below for reference. AccorHotels Concierge any chances this might get resolved?

MGallery Bregenz now visible in PlacesApp
Information for all staying at the new MGallery Bregenz, Lake Konstanz (Bodensee) in Austria. Finally, the Places App shows the correct name of the hotel and not the former Mercure Bregenz City, which it used to be. I have to thank the Facebook Team of LeClub (obviously shut down yesterday to move on to ALL) and Accor Customer Care. It took around one week to solve things. Now I have completed my second MGallery stay and therefore reached the MGallery badge. Concerning the airport hotels mentioned here, perhaps Accor forgot to set them to being an airport hotel. Bregenz' MGallery has been my second Accor hotel added to Places, the first one has been the austrian flagship Novotel/Ibis at Vienna's new main station, also having been forgotten to be added.

some times ago i made a request for a golf badge
fairmont golf resort marrakech
after some time i got a answer
offcourse look to the rules
and if i understood good every hotel can make a decision if they become a badge hotel
Meaby it cost them money ??

This will be a two-stage process:
1. The app will be removed from the stores by the 28th November 2019.
2. The app will be permanently disabled a few months into 2020
Please note that after the app has been removed from the stores:
- you’ll still have access to the app and be able to do your check-in online,
- there will be no more new updates to the app.
Considering that the update of the Airport Hotels List's badges is indeed quite complicated, takes lot of time and that the removal of the App in the stores is very close, we will not have time to deliver these updates.
Therefore, if you have some pending check-in, please contact the Customer Care.
To learn more about the end of the Places, please go to:
