Do you have the latest version of the app for the corresponding OS ?

I wouldn't go quite as far as to say "fine", as it's always touch and go whether or not the app will work properly on any given day, but it's working for me too. It seems likely that babyjohn123 is experiencing a problem that is not (currently) affecting anyone else here.
