It seems that the mobile phone App and fb application are dead. Could Amy advise us the current situation?

I see. For my case, it seems that the App is not live. It reads, "App Not Setup: This app is still in development mode, and you don’t have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions."

Do you have the latest version of the app for the corresponding OS ?
The message you report was a problem for a version several months ago, but was fixed with the next update.

Thanks for your advice. Both the Places App 1.1.1 and my ios 11.4 are up-to-date, so I still do not figure out why it popped that message these few days.

I wouldn't go quite as far as to say "fine", as it's always touch and go whether or not the app will work properly on any given day, but it's working for me too. It seems likely that babyjohn123 is experiencing a problem that is not (currently) affecting anyone else here.

As I say it's working fine "for me." I'm on android and use it weekly and have never had any issues.

I have the same problem now on Android, after trying to checkin in a property. I guess we have to wait Accor dev get their mess together.
