For Known Traveler number, there are quite a few threads on people having problems with API data. The following could be tried but they don't always work, you need the relevant screen to show "Known Traveller Number" (sic) and "Completed".
- switch to old design (if you have tried with new design) of MMB or vice versa
- log out of BAEC, access your booking via surname and PNR only
- same again but use Incognito or InPrivate mode, but don't log in first
- same again but using Microsoft Edge rather than Chrome etc
- try using the BA App or if that's what you are using, use the PC version of BA.com
- send the e-ticket email to someone you trust / family member who uses a separate computer, get them to click on the Manage My Booking button

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU !!!!! I followed your suggestions and did not log into my account. I just Googled "British Airways Manage My Booking" and a screen came up just asking for the booking number and name. IT WORKED ! I can't tell you how much I appreciate your helping me. I was going nutty between entering the information multiple times, trying to call BA and tweeting them to no avail. Thanks again !!!
