Landing Gear mentioned, it is possible with the higher-end car services (not sure about Dial7 and Carmel, etc.), but will certainly cost more. However, if you are not claiming bags, just give them a call when you get off the plane instead of waiting til you get to the curb. That way they should be there or at least close when you get outside.
