I was lucky enough to visit a horse farm last weekend:

Fast Friends with a Fast Filly

The one on the right is only six days old

And this one was less than 24 hours old!

Ok, I'll post a few of my own. I don't have the camera equipment some here do, but I've had a few shots over the years that I've been pretty happy with .

Bear coming at my car (this was right before I decided the better part of valor was rolling the window up ). Outside of Skagway, Alaska.

Bird, not sure what type, in the cruise terminal area of Cartagena, Columbia.

Hummingbird, my back yard

Excellent - I bet it was quite a treat seeing them in the wild.

Yeah, it was definitely quite an experience. Magdalena Island there's a path that wanders its way up to the lighthouse there, and you're supposed to stay on it. The penguins really don't care about the path, and wander wherever they want. There's supposedly something like 75k breeding pairs there.

Volunteer point the rule was basically you're not supposed to walk within 10 feet of the penguins, but if you stand still, they could come closer to you if they wanted. They'd basically wander around as if there were no people there.
