Can you report what device and browser you are running when you see this?

If you are still seeing it please post a screen shot of the ad so my ad ops guy can block it.

No ipad issues for me. If you describe in detail perhaps I can duplicate the problem. But I am logged on and browsing forums normally.

Cheers.

No the US. I'm logged on from my work computer today and not having the same issue.

Will let you know if it appears again this evening on my iPad.

It happened most frequently in threads in Omni (but not every thread), but that wasn't the only place it happened.

Ibobi, understanding nowt can be done about the game of war ad - but is it possible another ad actually causes it and that can be looked at? I have noticed the following ad appears every time for a second before the screen redirects to game of war; took loads of attempts to capture it as the redirect is faster than my phone's camera!

Ps i have had game of war numerous times today while using ft to double check, the below ad appears for a second every time. Release the hounds! Ps to all you no virus on apple fan types: up yours in a homer simpson movie jumping in the sand pit kind of way....

Yes I am logging in from the UK and yes the overlaying ads we had some weeks ago are suddenly back today. They are ads for mainstream companies, not junk ads, and they come up on an otherwise blank screen. If you Back Browser however, you get to the screen intended. It seems the ad is being served just after the FT screen and is being taken as a new screen.

Windows laptop and IE 11.

That might help -- let me forward it to ad ops...

Don't know what else I can say. Yesterday it worked fine. Today it is unusable on iPad again. Every time a FT page loads it immediately displays the message "A problem occurred with this page so it was reloaded." This immediately repeats several times, and then I get a blank screen with the message "A problem repeatedly occurred on www.flyertalk.com/xxxxxxetc".

Not happening on any other sites.

I'm getting the
A problem occurred with this webpage
message most of the time now.

Safari for Mac
Firefox for Mac

So it doesn't appear to be browser specific.

All message content has loaded properly, then the message appears. It certainly appears to be related to the video ads.
