Received my 500 points today which showed US OPEN 500 STARPOINTS BONUS
Did not know it was US Open, thought it was Tap into Luxury. In any case, no complaint.

The game Tap Into Luxury was designed as an extension of our US Open activities on the grounds of Arthur Ashe Stadium, but ran beyond just the 2 weeks of the tournament. In short, it was tied to the US Open, so that is why members will see “US Open” on the points post description.

I tried to claim my free night award this past week. SPG is still trying to sort out what happened to my award. Initially claimed that the prize "expired" December 31 2014. Nothing I saw in the prize official rules showed any expiration. sort of unfortunate because I wanted to use the award last week.

I know the "concert cash" I won expired on 12/31 -- I had to use the code on Ticketmaster by then, although I could use it for a 2015 concert.

I wanted to use the free night last week but because SPG could not sort this out, i had to go to back-up plans. They told me they would take 2-3 days and we're now looking at a week. This is frustrating first experience in dealing with SPG for more advanced customer service type stuff.
