Trying to access the website but it seems down, anyone else noticed?
6hours later and it seems back up with a few cosmetic changes?

I have been keeping an eye on Moments recently to see if SPG were repeating the Taste of Winter London experience, and, up until now, have not seen anything in the listings, either as a live item, or in "Coming Soon".
Today I've found this :
https://auction.starwoodhotels.com/m...entdetails/114
and clicking down into the offer yields
"Redeem for: 5,000 Starpoints
Redeem Close Date: 11/14/14 12:00 AM EST"
but it's already in Sold (multiple times, for 5,000 points) status. I'm trying to figure whether I've just missed it, or whether it hasn't actually run on the site as an open offer, or did it just sell out very rapidly ?
Has anyone seen this as a redeemable item ?

If I redeem can I give tickets to Spouse?
Specifically for (2) concert tickets, in a city not our home town. If I redeem from my account, will I get the tickets ahead of time, and then is it allowed within the T&C for my spouse and her friend to go in my place?
Also any idea what "premium" tickets ends up meaning?

I found this in the SPG Moments FAQ.
Can I gift my Moments experience to a friend or relative?
Many of our packages include two tickets so that a friend or relative can attend. However, the winning bidder may not resell items purchased through the Moments program and may not assign, transfer, remarket, resell or otherwise dispose of an experience without obtaining Starwood's prior written consent. Violators are subject to removal from the program and forfeiture of SPG Starpoints balance.
Also any idea what "premium" tickets ends up meaning?

Although not exactly your situation (as no physical tickets were involved) I did as you are trying to do by sending my brother-in-law and father-in-law to have a drive in the Mercedes Formula 1 simulator and tour their factory - I replied to the email that came through after I had won the auction and asked if I could gift the experience to them, and not attend myself. This was not a problem at all. Their names were just put on the list at the gate and were checked off when they arrived in the day.
Hope that helps.

Thanks! I really can't imagine it would be a problem. Trying to send my wife & a girlfriend to one of the concerts - just don't want them to drive 2 hours only to find out it won't work out.
I sent an email to the Lurkers in hopes of clarity (soon) before the tickets are sold :-)

I recently made my first SPG Moments purchase (15k points for Orchestra tickets to see the Radio City Christmas Spectacular this coming Sunday). I received an email almost immediately from a representative congratulating me, asking for my information, and informing me that the tickets would be mailed out shortly. Fast forward a couple weeks to today - the show is 6 days away, I have no tickets, and haven't heard anything since. Does anyone know if these are typically left at will call and perhaps the rep was misinformed? I'm starting to sweat since I leave for NYC tomorrow night...

Definitely worth it for a Cat 6 property.

Just finished up the Radio City Christmas Spectacular package (15k points). Had the tickets overnighted to me and received them a few hours before heading t the airport
A little disappointed at the tickets. They were marketed as orchestra, but were actually second orchestra and over on one of the side aisles. Yes, I know it is still technically orchestra, but I think there is a decent difference at Radio City.
Nice show and my wife loved it, but borderline worth using points for these seats in my opinion
