Southwest Surveying Customers on Business Class
I thought I was the only one but apparently at least one other business traveler is getting surveyed on business class features including extra legroom and blocked middle seats.

Anyone else get a 25 minute survey from Southwest?

A-list here but no survey. My biggest recommendation would be blocking off bulkhead and exit rows for elites. Never understood why ninety year old women who weigh the same can't sit in row 2. Also blocking off those same seats for non elites that are thru passengers. Lastly would like business select drink coupons that don't expire same day.

Southwest has been doing these surveys approximately annual for several years. I saw the last one and this description matches it very well. So this may be a rerun of the old survey.
Southwest has long been interested in bundled pricing, including a low price tier carrying a change fee. Economy Plus seating (which they did not call by that name) was a new element on the last round.

I only chose BS due to short notice and flight time convenience.
