Rear bumper damage I did not cause
The vehicle was properly returned to a Sixt car Rental Associate.
There was no visible sign of Damage and no Damage Protocol was drawn up.
14 days later, I received a demand letter from SIXT car rental.Sixt discovered a little scratch (a pic was taken a week later with a poor not recognizable quality)
I disputed this accusation. 2 weeks later I received a bill 879.58 EURO
Nobody responded to the letter. On September the 24th I replied by registered mail. As of today the 16th of Oct. I received no reply to the registered mail only another threatening letter to pay the amount of 879.58 Euros otherwise legal action will be taken.
