Hertz Customer Service email?
I've had some issues with Hertz DTW that I filled out the online feedback form for last Sunday, but I still haven't heard back from them. Is there an email address for Hertz Customer Service?

Try cc-ing [email protected]. Terry Graham is responsible for Hertz Customer Service worldwide. That got me a VERY prompt response to my problem.
No ten days required for my request!

i rented a hertz car in spfld il and returned to hertz at o hare. it was for 3 days but i was shocked when during my stay in indonesia to find that the car was not logged in till the 11th of september. i believe this was a fraud when the person who was supposed to check me in inquired about my kufi, and whether or not i was Muslim. am still trying to get my 400+ dollars back as of this writing. thanks god i kept my boarding pass from my flight as this should proove i could not return a car on the 11th since i was and still am in indonesia.

Cessch,
No need to send any more e-mails to Hertz if you haven't already done so. Just private message me your rental details and I'll personally work to get it straightened out for you. I'm really sorry that there seems to have been a mix-up with your rental check-in date. O'Hare is one of the busiest airports in the world and with the volume that goes through it is certainly possible that the car was accidentally not checked in on time. Again, my apologies.
Also, if you've already contacted Terry, don't worry about getting back to me. I'm sure he'll handle it.

Good luck to you. I've had no luck getting a satisfactory answer from Hertz customer service e-mail since my rental in mid August. Unless they have a stunning amount of customer service issues, I suspect their 10 day e-mail response time is pretty bogus.

hertz ord discriminates against muslims
hertz at o hare discriminates against muslims. when i rerturned a car rental at ohare i was offered transportation to the airport in the car i was returning. i suppose cuz i was in a wheel chair. i ask first to pray next to the car since i was late with Asr.
a month later i discovered i had a 400 + usd charge to my card on account the car was not logged in as returned on time. i feel these two are related on account of the fact that the supervisor ask increduously if i was muslim.

Hertz Customer Service - or not!
I filled out the online customer service form, plus wrote emails to reservations@ and alpha@ both of which are on the Hertz website. I also called and left voicemails. Guess what - none were ever returned, I got automated email responses to the emails, promising follow up in 72 hours - which never came. I cannot believe Hertz has such terrible disregard for customer service - are they just too rich in customers and don't need to worry? It has taken hours and hours and hours of my time to try to make a booking with a specific need and no one seems interested in helping at all. Oy!

No response
I've tried both [email protected] and [email protected]. Other than the automated confirmation, there was no reply from Hertz what so ever. If anyone knows a better e-mail address, please share.

You could try Twitter. I managed to squeeze out a brief response from someone at Hertz customer service on Twitter about a month ago, although they disappeared after that and there was no further reply. Still, if you're getting nothing by email you could try Twitter and see.
