PIA used to have a $2300 business class fare AL rt from YYZ-stopover in Pakistan- Hkg.
So if you dont mind going to HKG for a day, and this fare is still around have some fun. PS i dont think PIA serves booze.

No booze I don't mind. But I don't think that I can find those flights anymore. They use to even have JFK to Karachi or Lahore direct flights for about 2200 or 2300 dollars. But not anymore.

I still see these flights on google explore departing from YYZ the rest of June and also July/August to either DEL or BOM on AC/UA for less than $3000 CAD.
Other Canadian departure cities for about the same fare or less (some under $2900 CAD) are YUL, YOW and YHZ.

The real deal is that 9W has the trip at 3.3k CAD (sub 3k USD) through peak periods, including Christmas.

wow Emirates has joined the party and in OCT they are selling business class for $3596us. ^ Oct 2-14 were the dates i looked.
