Toronto to New Delhi Business Class United and Air Canada as low as 2342
Google Flights is showing dates in September for 14 day trips from YYZ to DEL for as low as 2350 in business class. Similar prices available for Mumbai/Bombay.

Can't find any dates @ $2350 via EWR as mentioned by the OP. Do see that fare on Jet Airways.

Try 14 day trips on random dates in Google flights. Try September too.

All sCO long haul business class is flatbed: completely parallel to the floor of the cabin.

The knock on sCO business class is that except in the bulkhead, the room from head to toe is cramp for tall people.
