There were reports that you can bring your own alcohol (bought at the airport duty free) and the cabin crew can serve it to you.

CMB airport layout is the same as SIN and KUL, so if you had a boarding pass you could essentially walk off the plane and get right back into line for security at the same gate, all passengers, arriving and departing use the same concourse. Without already being checked in though is likely a problem since check in probably closes at T-60 so the transit desk couldn't help you.
