For each request, please include the following information:
Departure Airport:
Miles Needed:
Required Spend or Maximum Budget (choose one, and state the value):
Available Travel Dates:
Required Metal or Codeshares Okay:
Route(s) You've Already Searched:
Do you have a Chinese Visa (Yes/No)?
For each response. Please quote the original request. DO NOT START A NEW THREAD.
There are many good fares to China (PEK or PVG). If you have a Chinese visa, these options will be provided.
If your requested PQM is in a few thousand, please give a more accurate amount. You will get fewer options with a roundup number (eg, 5000 instead of 4830; IAD-SFO nonstop will work for the latter.)

You're welcome both of you.
Rio is always a great way to clock up an easy 20,000 miles cheaply from Europe. United have to compete with LH and others who fly direct to Rio, which is why it remains cheap.
The minimum V fare, upgradable with GPU's (I've always found to/from GIG a relatively easy upgrade) and the stopover in the US are huge bonuses.
BTW, the option of doing EWR-LAX/SFO-SIN is also open (LAX 22,448 for £547) - mileage per great circle mapper as UA has not published an LAX-SIN mileage yet.

6,093 AQM short for AC 100K Altitude SE
Departure Airport: YYZ
Miles Needed: 6,093
Required Spend or Budget: As little as possible
Available Travel Dates: Would prefer to be before Sept 15, as I have a $700CAD AC credit that expires.
Required Metal or Codeshares okay: Preferred AC Metal due to comment above. But if it ends up being cheaper for another carrier, then any star alliance will be fine.
Other Comments: Preferred to be AC and on premium economy or business class as I will not have to pay $200 change fee that I would have to for economy fare. Would also prefer to be in the air as little as possible

SFO-HKG-HGH/PVG-SFO-YVR for $317 in early September. Change the dates to a specific weekend that you may have time to do a MR. Also check this thread for further details. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/milea...-303-ai-7.html
Good luck.

Similar price/routing available on many days after this, including routing that avoids 10-across 77W (i.e. via IAH).
I'm not 100% on the earnings on NH.
Good luck!

My friend is 1k member, and this year her qualification will depends on PQS (instead of PQM), PQD has already reached. The expectation is that she will be 10 segments short of 120 for 1k.
short distances flight is preferred. Any suggestions?
Departure Airport: EWR (and the area)
Miles Needed: N/A (10-12 segments)
Required Spend or Budget: minimum (time)
Available Travel Dates: Saturdays and Sundays
Required Metal or Codeshares okay: as long as it's 100% pqs

How much more flying will she have for remainder of this year? Can she add segments to her existing and future travel? Connecting flights instead of non-stop flights. That will be the easiest way to have 10 additional segments.

On her returns, presumably when she has more time, can she SDC from a non-stop to connecting flights? What are her normal routes?

She is fine with Plat, if she is just 10 segments short of 1k, I think it might be worth it to do a segment run.

Departure Airport: WAS ending in SEA (ideally, but could return to DC if before the 16th)
Miles Needed:about 10k-13k PQMs to 1K
Required Spend or Budget: Have $500 e-cert, could go one or two hundred over
Available Travel Dates: From Sept 6th onwards, the earlier the better
Required Metal or Codeshares okay: Any, PQDs irrelevant
I'm 1k and have 2 GPUs that I would like to use if this involves TPAC. Playing around on UA.com I found quite a few itineraries that would price DCA-IAH at $98, then IAH-ORD/SFO rather cheap, and SFO-TPAC for under $300 (all in W), but the return would always come in at $800 (and L fare). I've done a few others like DCA-IAH-ORD-YYZ-ORD-SFO-SEA as well, but there's always one leg that's a few hundred, 'ruining' the MR.
This will be my last chance at 1K for a while as I'm quitting my job and using my miles for a one year RTW in business with the lady-friend, so being 1K is going to make a huge difference for the change fees I'd avoid and the customer service support (spent three hours on the phone Sunday booking a SCL-GRU-CPT (5 day layover)-JNB-EBB in business for 57.5k miles).
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
