I just booked two flights (LHR-FCO-LHR and FCO-MIA-FCO) and both are ticketed.

Do you have ticket number or just confirmation email?

Got 3 e-mails in Japanese and all have ticket numbers...sadly, since approx 15 minutes ago, it seems to error out once you try to submit a query on your desired route

It does - but if you check the booking online, it says "not confirmed"

Omg! If you want to fly for free, check this out! Alitalia just released another voucher code. This time the code is only valid on the Japanese website of Alitalia. The value of the voucher code is 25.000 YEN which is around 242 Euro or 196 GBP.

If you use the discount code for the Alitalia Deals we had recently, you can fly for free!

You have to enter the e-Coupon discount code: PROMOJP during the purchase process and then have to click ‘recalculate’ to see the new price. Again, this discount code is only valid for the Japanese website of Alitalia. The discount code is valid for travel until 31st March 2013.

Geneva (GVA) – Abu Dhabi (AUH) – Venice (VCE) 0 Euro / 0 GBP (Example: 09/02 – 28/02/13)

Prague (PRG) – Abu Dhabi (AUH) – Milan (MXP) 0 Euro / 0 GBP (Example: 11/02 – 27/02/13)

Bologna (BLQ) – Abu Dhabi (AUH) – London Heathrow 0 Euro / 0 GBP (Example: 13/03 – 27/03/13)

Venice (VCE) – Caracas (CCS) – Brussels (BRU) 0 Euro / 0 GBP (Example: 10/02 – 20/02/13)

Geneva (GVA) -> Los Angeles (LAX) -> Venice (VCE) ~120€ – (Example: 22.02. – 05.03.13)

or any other Alitalia Flight

You can use Google translator to click through the Japanse Alitalia website or use the English Site as a template.
